The STIHL FSA 86 R battery-powered brushcutter is ideal for trimming around obstacles such as trees and fences. Its high-performance EC motor can also handle smaller lawn areas. Thanks to its quiet operation, it’s suitable for work in noise-sensitive areas, and no hearing protection is required. The battery technology allows the tool to be easily started with just the push of a button.

The battery, part of the STIHL AP system, is housed within the motor casing. The ergonomic loop handle, soft grip, and infinitely adjustable speed control ensure comfortable operation. The spacer bracket protects plants (trees, bushes) and shields the cutting head when trimming along obstacles.

The brushcutter comes standard with the AutoCut C 6-2 line head, with the PolyCut 6-2 cutting head available as an optional accessory.

STIHL AP system tools are designed for professional use, even in challenging weather conditions. These machines have an IPX4 rating for water resistance, meaning they have been tested for splash protection.
